C. Mac Coiner has a unique combination of professional, academic, and practical experience with money and finance. He has done extensive work as an author, lecturer, and researcher to develop and refine wealth-building strategies. He graduated from Randolph-Macon College in 1967, received an M.S. in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1975, and obtained a (CFP) Certified Financial Planner designation in 1984. For many years he was an adjunct professor, teaching a Personal Finance class at Virginia Commonwealth University. He spent the last eighteen years of his banking career working with multi-millionaire clients, helping them grow and preserve their wealth before retiring in 2001 as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager with Bank of America's Private Bank.
